Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Tendrite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The product
Tendrite is a local-first desktop workspace for AI-assisted coding. The free application runs locally. Tendrite Pro is a paid software license. Tendrite Cloud is an optional recurring service that includes Pro features and managed phone relay access while an active subscription is maintained.
Accounts, purchases, and subscriptions
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for applicable transactions. Pricing, taxes, checkout disclosures, renewal terms, and subscription management are presented during checkout and in Paddle's customer portal.
Cloud subscriptions renew unless cancelled. You may cancel before renewal through the available subscription-management link. Cancellation prevents future renewal and ordinarily leaves access available through the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the projects, prompts, source code, provider credentials, and data you choose to use with Tendrite. Do not place secrets in support requests or use the service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, attempts unauthorized access, disrupts service, abuses the relay, or circumvents technical or licensing controls.
Tendrite may connect to third-party AI providers or local tools chosen by you. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and fees.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta functionality and the managed Cloud Relay. We will make reasonable efforts to operate paid services reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Tendrite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tendrite and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption. Any total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Tendrite in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. For private product, account, licensing, or billing help, use support@tendrite.dev or the Tendrite Support form. Public product feedback is also welcome on Michael's X account.
